Delivery Information

Local Delivery:

A member of our team will hand deliver your cake to your front door.

At the moment we can offer delivery on Saturdays only.

Delivery times: 15:00 - 20:00

You will receive an email and/or a text message the day before your order is due with a 2 hour time window.

If your desired date is not available, please keep in mind that our cakes stay fresh for 3-4 days in the fridge.

If you are slightly outside of our zone, please call 07437 890400 and we will let you know if we can help!

Collection:

You can place an order to collect any day Monday-Saturday from our shop based in Stapleford. Simply select the required date while checking out. Our collection times are Monday-Friday 11am-4pm, Saturday 10:30am-3pm. 

 

Postal Shipping:

All postal orders are dispatched every Monday and Thursday via Royal mail Tracked 24h.

Cut off times:

Monday dispatch: Saturday 11am

Thursday dispatch: Wednesday 11am

 

Please note Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery on the Track 24h service. Parcels do usually arrive the following day but please keep in mind it can also take more for your parcel to be delivered.
