Depending on your party size, you can choose three or four layers of sponge. Please note servings can vary depending on the number of layers you choose. Please contact us before placing an order if you wish to discuss this further.

Storage
Product must be kept refrigerated. Once cut, store in an airtight container.

Delivery
Delivery available for certain areas and on Saturdays only. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your postcode when checking out. We aim to deliver between 3pm-8pm, however once order is placed we will get in touch with a narrower time frame.
Collection
Orders can be collected from our Stapleford base.
